Since 1995, I have worked across nearly every level of this industry, starting as a school bus driver, moving into truck driving, and transitioning into dispatch and various operational roles. This journey has given me a 30-year perspective on our day-to-day challenges and a deep understanding of what makes an operation successful. What I enjoy most about my work is navigating the daily logistical challenges and maintaining a strong, open line of communication with our drivers. Because I have been in their shoes, I am able to build trust, resolve issues quickly, and keep our fleet motivated and aligned with company goals.

I enjoy working with customers and drivers to problem solve, meet new people, and help make their experience as positive as I am able. Working with operations has allowed me to learn on all sides from drivers to customers and to build a better understanding of how everything flows. It's a learning experience that never truly ends as everyone and every situation is different, and I enjoy finding a solution that gets the job done and helps everyone involved.
